Aubergine Partners was founded by Siobhan O’Leary in 2013. With over 25 years of international experience as a Human Resource Executive, Siobhan has held senior-level positions with renowned organizations such as Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, The Carlyle Hotel, Rosewood Hotels and Resorts Corporate, and Convene. Convene received significant recognition during her tenure, being awarded the Top Company Culture Award by Smart CEO Magazine in 2017, ranking #11 on Fortune Magazine’s Great Places to Work, being named one of Forbes’ most promising companies, and earning the Best Workplace title from Inc. Magazine.
