Mental Fitness
This 6-week app-based program is designed to support continuous personal growth by building the foundation of mental fitness. Through a proven process of strengthening three core mental muscles, individuals and teams overcome internal barriers, boost resilience, and unlock peak performance.
The program is gamified to encourage habit formation and includes daily mental fitness exercises, access to the Positive Intelligence audiobook, and a personalized Saboteur Assessment to uncover what’s holding you back. Each week, participants join a 30-minute guided cohort discussion to deepen insights and apply the tools in real time—turning self-awareness into lasting transformation.
